The hotel's central location allowed easy access to various historical sites. The room offered a quiet retreat despite being downtown (a great bonus). I found many dining options available within walking distance. Valet parking was a convenient feature.

dirty windows incomplete cleaning

the staff were helpful when i needed to reduce my stay by one day it was acceptable and didn't cause issues.

the room wasn't as clean as i expected i noticed the windows were quite dirty and dusty it was hard to see the weather outside i also found parts of the room had not been properly cleaned like the trash in the kitchen not being emptied after previous guests

I found the location ideal. surprisingly, it was a quiet setting. my room was spacious and comfortable. i liked the cleaning on demand. It ensured quiet mornings.

i noticed the hotel lacks a restaurant. it wasn't a problem for me, but others might miss having on-site dining.
